Lindsay Lohan appeared in front of the Beverly HIlls Court yesterday and her original lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley was back by her side as Lindsay handed herself over for her 90 days jail sentence for violating the terms of her DUI sentence.

After having her mug shot taken and being put into solitary confinement at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, it has been announced that Lindsay will only spend 14 days in jail, but she will confined to her cell for 23hrs a day with only an hour of walking exercise. She also won't be allowed any luxuries, not even her hair extensions are permitted in prison, poor girl!

Her lawyer spoke to the press and said that Lindsay is "a talented young woman and I appreciate that she has accepted responsibility here. She is scared -- as anyone would be -- but is as resolute as anyone could be and she is doing it."

Wow, this is a really good week for Lindsay Lohan! After the drama about missing her flight to Europe this weekend, when she finally go to London, it seems like she has decided to get herself together and impress everyone! First we saw her looking every bit the fashionista at a party in London and then last night she got all dressed up to host a Brit Awards after-party to help Haiti! Lindsay partied at the River Room pretty great again and she stayed calm and sweet the whole time the cameras were on her.

Lindsay Lohan just can't seem to get it together to do any job properly these days, even if its just to get on a flight on time! Lindsay was supposed to be billionaire Richard Lugner's date to the famous Viennese Opera Ball tonight and she would have been paid a six figure pay check if she had made it. Sadly for Lindsay, she was too busy shopping in duty free to hear her flight being called! She then tried to hop onto a flight 2 hrs later, but her credit cards were refused! Poor girl!
